Years
of innovative technologies.
The
Magaldi name has been associated with
innovative industrial products since 1901
when Emilio Magaldi patented, the SUPERCINGHIA
the unbreakable leather transmission belt.
The
Magaldi Group was formed in 1929, to satisfy
industry's increasing demand for dependable
transmission and transport systems. Since
the 1950s the Magaldi people have focused
on difficult to be solved bulk material
handling problems. In 1972, continuing
in family tradition of creativity, Mario
Magaldi patented the SUPERBELT, designed
for dependable handling of high temperature
bulk material.
As
the SUPERCINGHIA
also the SUPERBELT cannot suddenly break,
causing unpredictable downtime and reduced
production. In 1986 Mario Magaldi conceived
and patented the MAC (Magaldi Ash Cooler),
a dry bottom ash extraction system from
solid fuel fired boilers.
This
is the one bottom ash system in the world
today that uses air for ash cooling rather
than water. MAGALDI has gradually strengthened
their engineering and fabrication structure
to handle the rapid development of these
world-wide demands for MAC equipment.

studies, economic studies, evaluation
of environmental impacts for both new
greenfield plants and upgrade/retrofits
